The hat brim production line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, coat hanger die, three roll calender, oven, tractor, cutting machine, bending forming machine and conveying system.

2. Equipment characteristics

The production line is mainly used for the production and processing of hat caps, brims, tongues, cores and pieces,

The main process is that the PE raw materials are fed into the single screw extruder, heated and plasticized to the molten state, extruded through the die, and then calendered by a 3-roll calender to make its surface smooth. After heating in the oven, it is cut to a fixed size, and then bent into the shape of the brim with the bending part.
